  • Consistent landmark regions — header, navigation, main content, and footer — on every page.
  • A logical heading structure on every page, without skipped heading levels.
  • Unique, descriptive page titles and meta descriptions on every page.
  • Text and interactive elements that meet minimum colour-contrast requirements.
  • A clearly visible keyboard focus indicator on links, buttons and form fields.
  • Descriptive link and button text (for example, each “Get in touch” action names the topic it relates to) instead of repeated, ambiguous labels.
  • Regulatory documents — Investor Charter, Grievance Board, Grievance Redressal, Disclaimer & Disclosure, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Client Consent/MITC — published as native, readable HTML pages rather than as PDFs or images, so they work with screen readers.
  • Descriptive, anchored link text throughout, instead of raw URLs.
  • Form fields with associated labels and specific, actionable error messages.
