Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are not on an auto-renewal basis. If you subscribe to a quarterly, half-yearly, or annual plan, you will receive all trading calls through the designated WhatsApp and Telegram channels for the duration of the subscription. After the subscription period ends, access to these channels will be removed, and you will need to subscribe again to regain access.

Refund Policy

Refunds cannot be issued during an active subscription period. They may be considered only under very exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

Notwithstanding the above, if our SEBI registration is suspended for more than sixty (60) days or canceled, we shall refund the subscription fees to you on a pro-rata basis for the remaining, unexpired period of the subscription, with no “breakage” fee or penalty imposed. See Section 7.4 of our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation

As subscriptions are not auto-renewing, no explicit cancellation is required to stop future charges. To cancel access ahead of the natural end of a subscription period, please contact us.
